Masa tgh ejas mounting ngan lubang lampu, aku tgk cowling aku cacat. Permukaan depan cowling rata. So, aku kembungkan sket permukaan depan tu.

Pakai konsep tetulang dan kulit. Aku buat tetulang pakai polisterene. Kasi kembung seinci kat tgh

Bila dah kering dan keras, buat pulak bahagian utk mengikat skru. Memandangkan aku tanak bagi nampak sebarang skru kat sebelah luar, maka aku buat tapak sebelah dalam supaya dapat skru kat sebelah dalam.

Memula, tegakkan sebahagian fairing tadi pakai tiang sementara

Tak nampak skru kat luar sepertimana biasa apabila cowling dicantumkan dengan fairing Wink



Bahagian bawah tu akan dicantumkan terus dengan fairing dengan fiberglass.



Dah sampai sini, buat finishing dan cat jer la.

Kesimpulannya, kita bole design sebarang bentuk cowling mengikut imajinasi tersendiri dengan menggunakan polisterene. Semuanya bergantung kepada kreativiti memasing. Aku buat simple design utk projek pertama. Kalau hangpa ada idea yang menarik dan bole design cantik2, bole la pakai kaedah nih Smile
