ARRRGGHHHH!!! Tak puaih ati!!!

Aku gosok balik cat undercoat tuh sbb aku nampak liang2 roma halus dan tak hensem. Kalau hantar cat kat kedai, cat bagi tebal, mmg la liang roma tu ilang. Tapi dah spray sendiri, cat spray tu tak tebal. Liang roma tak ilang.

So, aku gosok balik cat undercoat tuh, paihtu sapu body filler. Asalnya aritu mmg nak pakai body filler. Tapi ntah aku malas sbb tak jumpa kat mana aku letak body filler, tu yang terus cat jer tuh. Bila dah tgk finishing tak cun, aku selongkar jugak stor sampai jumpa body filler.

Body filler ni takyah sapu tebal2. Cukup sekadar satu lapis. Sapu pakai scraper dan pastikan tekan elok2 supaya body filler tu masuk celah2 liang roma.

Biarkan selama sekurang2nya 12 jam, kendian kita gosok pakai kertas pasir grit 120 dan 200 secara bergilir2. Memula pakai grit 120 utk meratakan. Pastu pakai 200 utk menghaluskan.

Nak senang, gosok beserta air. Jirus bagi basah, gosok. Jirus lagi, gosok lagi. Sampai puaih ati. Aku bawak masuk toilet, duduk bersila pastu gosok sambil zikir lam ati.

Dekat 2 jam gak la utk settle 2 pieces nih. Sampai wife aku ketuk pintu toilet "abg wat per tuuu?" Laughing Laughing Laughing

Bukan tompok besar tu yang menjadi perhatian, tapi liang2 roma halus nih. Kalau liang halus ni tak ditutup, nanti nampak calar balar sana sini semasa mengecat.

Aktiviti pagi nih, cat undercoat. Perbezaan jelas ketara antara pakai body filler ngan tak pakai body filler. Bila pakai body filler, liang2 roma halus dah ilang hampir 99%.



errr... tompok nih aku terspray kat situ Razz Razz Razz

Kalau zoom in, masih nampak bbrp liang halus yang terlepas dari gosokan aku.





Ptg/mlm ni tambah lagi satu layer undercoat, esok pepagi cat terus. Sama2 kita nantikan kesudahan kisah nih Laughing

Hasil selepas cat DENGAN sapu body filler





Perbezaan yg amat ketara. Kalau tak pakai body filler, dari jauh dah nampak calar-balar sana sini serta byk liang2 roma. Lepas pakai body filler, byk yg dah ilang.

Kalau nak senang, hantar cat kat kedai. Konpom licin terus. Tapi, aku nak spray cat tin jer. Biar jer la saki baki liang2 halus tu Razz Razz Razz

jmpe pn.. hehee.. masih musykil psal undercoat nih... spray gak ke?? xpnah plak jmpe spray tls undercoat.. pnah jmpe yg dlm tin la.. tp xbape paham ape die tls..hehee..ade tls undercoat je..

Yup, cat spray tin jugak. Kat tin tu ada tulis Undercoat Silver. Cakap jer kat tokey kedai nak cat undercoat warna silver. Nanti dia kasi ler.

Silver byk jenis. Ada Silver biasa, ada Sparkling Silver dan macam2 lagi. Mintak Undercoat Silver. Kalau takde sgt, belasah jer Silver biasa. Janji ada undercoat.

Tujuan utama undercoat nih adalah utk menjadi lapisan asas utk mewarna. Kira macam jadi kertas lukisan lah. Tujuan lain undercoat (kegunaan aku ler) adalah utk melicinkan permukaan.

Tapi, utk melicinkan permukaan ada benda lain yg lebih baik iaitu cat primer.

Biasanya, benda alah ni orang guna utk industri ler atau buat produk utk jual. Kalau DIY nih, byk short cut sbb pakai sendiri2 jer Laughing Laughing Laughing Sendiri pakai, sendiri happy. Kalau buat jual, nanti byk komplen dari kastemer. So, kena buat betul2 ikut prosedur
