Aku rev lagi, paling tinggi dapat 14.5V. Semasa idle 12.9V - 13.2V.
Arini aku bawak moto ke opis sambil memerhatikan bacaan voltan di multimeter. Sambung multimeter ke bateri, letak multimeter dalam tank bag. Sambil bawak moto, jeling multimeter utk mengawasi nilai voltan.
Aku akan terus mengawasi sampai seminggu. Mudah2an takde overcharge atau undercharge.
Jadi, sekiranya moto sukubike anda menghadapi masalah rectifier terbakar, toksah risau pasal nak beli original yg mahal tu. Beli jer rectifier skuter VS125. Setakat nih, moto aku adalah yg ketiga yg aku tau pakai rectifier VS125.
Yg pertama, GSX400. Kedua, Bandit 400. Kedua2nya adalah kerja tangan tuan guru tukun. So, utk moto aku, aku buat sendiri dengan panduan dari tuan guru.
Mudah2an Allah melimpahkan rahmat dan barakah kepada en. tukun.

good job... tp ermmm.. rectifier murah lg xde ke bley pkai?? v100 ke.. nape kene vs125 gak?? lg 1.. mmg sume jenis moto bley pkai care nih ye??

Menurut tuan guru tukun, VS125 sesuai sbb rectifier tu ada wayar berjuntai yang kita bole buatkan wiring. Rectifier jenis lain kebanyakannya jenis ada soket, khas utk moto tertentu.
Mengenai nak pakai utk sebarang jenis moto pulak, kena pastikan bbrp perkara.
1) Input voltage ke rectifier dari alternator.
2) Output voltage dari rectifier ke bateri
3) Voltage kat bateri
Aku andaikan input voltage ke rectifier adalah jenis AC dan dalam lingkungan nilai 60VAC. Kalau terlebih, mungkin rectifier akan lingkup. So, kena tau spec. alternator dan jugak rectifier
Andaian kedua, output voltage dari rectifier hendaklah antara 13V-14V DC. Kalau terlebih, bateri moto akan lingkup seterusnya melingkupkan segala macam sistem elektrikal
Andaian kedua, bateri moto hendaklah 12V. Kalau rectifier output 13V-14V manakala bateri moto adalah dari jenis 6V, kompom bateri dan sistem elektrikal moto akan lingkup.

aku plak carik zxr punya masuk kat enjin fx125 convert aku...
ada 6 wayar... wayar yg lg satu tu utk voltage reference... wayar tu kene letak kat wayar selepas switch... klu tak letak, rectifier akan charge sampai batery tu meletup

agak2 rectifier muto apa yg boleh guna utk zx2 nih?? ada sesapa yg mempunyai idea bernas??
