Camne Nk Buat Bahagian Dalam?

Camne Nk Buat Bahagian Dalam?

Salam.

Maaf sbb title thread ni agak mengelirukan. Saya rasa, dr apa yg blh dibaca dlm sub - forum Fibreglass ni, sy dah faham basics fibreglass work. Tapi ada beberapa soalan lain, yg rasa rasa tak patut tumpang thread org lain.

1. Camne nk buat bahagian dlm fibreglass part tu? Contohnya, most bike fairings ada mounting brackets kat bahagian dlm, camne?

2. Kalau contoh, saya buat dua part, luar dan dalam. Nk lekatkan dua2 ni ( kasi bersatu la, tapi mau tahan forever, bukan sebulan - dua ) camne? Pakai resin + hardener + some fibreglass gak ke? Tapi nak buat finishing camne lak? Buat finishing lepas successful lekat dua2 part ke?

3. Bila katakan, mmg kena buat dua part fibreglass supaya dpt both depan and belakang, dan kasi gam, lepas tu buat finishing, tk berat ke bendalah replacement yg dibuat dr fibreglass ni. Utk saya, the reason nk replace parts dgn fibreglass ialah utk kurengkan berat.

4. Finishing : Payah ke kalau nk dapatkan finishing yg betul2 cantik, tk nampak mcm beralun - alun ( cam bnyk skirting fibreglass yg sy tgk org pasang kat keta, buruk! )? Kalau benda yg kita copy tu ada curve skit, camne ek? Mcm susah giler je....

Skrg terpikir lak nk buat brg fibreglass utk keta, heheh. Tapi bukan nk design custom etc, terpikir nk ganti bonnet keta dr steel ke fibreglass, ringan skit. Ok, itu je soalan saya. Kalau mod rasa soalan ni salah tempat, tlg move kan. Mekasih.

2. Ini pun pernah terfikir tak tau boleh tak

3. Ini bergantung kepada resin kamu lar, fibreglass ringan kapas jer, yang berat tu ialah resin. Lagi kalau yang suka salut resin tebal tebal, lagi lar berat. Tapi tak berat mana pun, baik kurangkan berat badan lagi efektif Laughing

4. kerja untuk penuhkan masa lapang, gosok jangan tak gosok Laughing

Mcm susah giler je.... ni skill gosok n check lighting n reflection penting... kalu flat surface masa sanding tu elek kertas pasir tu dilekatkan kat satu blok kayu... baru tak beralun2

nak buat part dlm tu..aku pernah tgk..mcm kene buat 2x.. dah siap fairing tu next time baru buat mounting..
kene gune creativiti jgk la cmane nk bagi mounting same mcm yg asal

em,mmg point nak buat fibre lagi kurang berat dari fairing asal bro.. tau kan ade jual race fairing utk SBK..tu semue dari fibre..lagi ringan. tapi kebanyakn yg kat sini custom sbb nak bagi nampk cun je,so kekadang tak kisah psl tambah berat.

finishing tak beralun. betul la bak kate cf tu..yg penting time gosok tu mesti ade 1 blok kayu.. kalau ko tgk dlm cite2 'overhauled' atau pimp my ride tu diorg lpas simen tu kan ade gosok..tapi die punye alat tu mcm wiper sket..die pnjang so pressure yg kene kat body tu even. yg beralun tu sbb pakai tangan je. biase la hanta kat kedai cat nak murah je..
