 Camner nak buat cover lampu

Sejak2 dok main fiber ngan LED nih, aku menyedari bahawa aku menghadapi satu kekangan iaitu.... fiber kena ikut bentuk lampu Evil or Very Mad

Aku nak buat lampu ikut bentuk fiber Twisted Evil So, bole buat lampu belakang bentuk macam2 yang aku nak. Bila buat fairing lak, bole buat signal ikut bentuk dan saiz yang aku nak. Antara plan aku, aku nak buat signal kat side mirror. Ala2 keta BMW gitu Wink

Ada yang mencadangkan kat aku utk pakai visor motor yang murah2 tu. Potong ikut bentuk yang dikehendaki. Tapi... camner nak lengkungkan/bengkokkan etc. tanpa mematahkan visor? Bole panaskan pakai microwave oven kat umah jer ker?

Bahan plastik ni takde yang macam resin ker? Campur hardener, tuang lam acuan, nah amek ngko, lampu belakang logo Batman Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

err . kalau visor tu , guna heat gun. aku panaskan persplex 3mm untuk buat bentuk. lame gak la nak siap sebab tebal. heat die lambat spread. tapi jgn tumpu kat satu tempat je. nanti tempat tu cair.

tang plastic tu , carik pasal ABS . pernah jumpe website pasal buat guna ABS nih tapi mahal . kat sini tak tau mane nak dapat material tu.

ABS plastic leh dapat kat kedai2 jual perspex... kalu kt shah alam kat sec 13... ada... tp ABS aku x penah nampak lg yg transparent punya... utk wat mould ada jenis resin yg campur hardener utk cast part2 tuh.... top complicated sikit nak cite.... nanti kalu rajin nnt aku tunjuk camne nak wat rubber mould nih... tp kalu nak wat lens headlamp kalu guna perspex x sesuai untuk headlamp yg pakai bulb sebab panas dan mudah crack... kalu nak wat gak... elok pakai teknik vacuum forming...

maaf sy budak br belajar.. emm perspex tuh ape?? same mcm acrylic ke?? kt sec13 s.alam tuh ape name kdai..area tuh aku tau giant..stadium n makro(lupe ape name die skrang).. perspex nih mcm2 warne ke ade?? kalo acrylic tuh slalu jmpe transparent je.. tq

acrylic ngan perspex tu mende yg sama... macam2 thickness ader, macam2 kaler pun ader, transparent pun ada, x transparent pun ader... kalu x silap kedai tu nama CTS sign supply kut... seblah 7E kat situ...
